Hi! We’re Lucy and Dan, owners of Thoroughly Travel.

We believe travel shouldn’t cost you, or the planet, a fortune. Our aim is to help you travel for less money, with less environmental impact. Here you’ll find destination guides and lots of budget travel tips, as well as discussions on ethical wildlife tourism and how to travel more responsibly.

We’re currently digital nomad-ing our way around the world, having spent the last few years living in New Zealand on working holiday visas and backpacking Mexico and Central America.
